4th November 2025Gender Pay Gap Reporting 2022-2023
Any employer with 250 or more employees on a specific date each year (the ‘snapshot date’) must report their gender pay gap data.
As we have to report, we must report and publish our gender pay gap information within a year of our snapshot date. Our snapshot date is 31 March.
We must do this for:
- each year that we have 250 or more employees on our snapshot date
- each separate ‘legal entity’, if we are part of an organisation or group with more than one legal entity
If we have fewer than 250 employees on our snapshot date, we have the option of reporting or not. Please see below our latest Gender Pay Gap Report.
