Learning Partners Academy Trust sixth form providers, Fullbrook School in Addlestone, George Abbot School and Guildford County School in Guildford are celebrating a solid set of A-Level and BTEC results this year, a testament to the hard work and resilience of students and the unwavering support of teachers, parents, and the wider community.
The trust is delighted to share the collective set of results below:
69.4% A*- C
48.4% A*- B
26.1% A*- A
Students have demonstrated exceptional maturity and determination, achieving results that reflect their dedication, and the high standards upheld by their schools. This year’s results highlight not only the academic achievements of these young individuals but also important life skills which the trust schools focus on daily, such as self-belief, perseverance and maintaining a positive mindset.
The CEO and Headteachers from across the trust have expressed their pride in the accomplishments of their students, recognising the collective effort that has gone into achieving these results.
Mr. Jack Mayhew, CEO of Learning Partners, said:
“These achievements are not just a reflection of individual effort, but of a community that values education and supports its young people in striving for excellence. The combined efforts of students, teachers, parents, and the community have culminated in a set of results that everyone can be proud of.”
Ms Anna Wallis, Head of School at Fullbrook, said:
“I am delighted for our students today. The results are a true reflection of the resilience and hard work that is required for these exams. They have been a delight to teach, have shown great maturity and humour and I wish them well in their future endeavours, I am incredibly proud of each and every one of them and shall miss them.”
Mrs Kate Carriett, Headteacher at George Abbot School, commented:
“These results are not just a measure of academic success, but of the character and perseverance of our young people. It has been a privilege to watch their development, and I wish them all the very best in their next steps. I would also like to thank all of our staff who have ensured that the potential of our students has been realised so successfully.”
Mr Steve Smith, Headteacher of Guildford County School, remarked:
“The success of our students is a testament to the strong partnership between the school, families, and the community. Together, we have created an environment where students feel supported and empowered to achieve their best. These results are a celebration of that collective effort.”
As students celebrate their achievements, schools are also looking ahead to the future, with many young people planning to continue their education at universities, pursue apprenticeships, or enter the workforce. The strong results seen this year and the skills gained throughout their time at school provide a solid foundation for their future endeavours.
